We support our customers at the development of sheet metal components over the pre-production prototype and through to mass production.
We are specialized to produce precise stampings out of steel, stainless steel and aluminium with the progressive stamping method. Depending on the required production quantity either simple manual loading tools or automated, multi-step progressive tools are used in the production of our metal components.
everal forming steps (bending, embossing, stamping and pressing operations) are performed on the workpiece. The stamping hangs until the last tool stage on the sheet metal till it`s sheared or cut free.
