In our modern production facility, we manufacture precise stamped parts as well as bent and formed parts in series for industrial requirements. We support our customers from the development of the sheet metal parts, through prototypes and pre-series production through to large-scale production.

We specialise in the production of precision stamped strip parts made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium directly from the coil. Depending on the required production quantity, either simple manual insertion tools or automated, multi-stage progressive dies are used in the production of our sheet metal components.

Bending, embossing, punching and pressing processes are carried out on the workpiece in several forming steps. The punched part is attached to the sheet metal strip until the last tool stage and is then sheared off or cut free.
