Service / Surface finish
Surface and heat treatment, packaging and quality assurance
Our automatic packaging machine is designed for the correct positioning of painted punched parts in small load carriers (KLT) measuring 300x400mm and 400x600mm.
We have a robot for loading painting devices with a work surface of up to 1200 x 300 mm.
The semi-automated packaging of sensitive stamped and bent parts (as set goods in trays or compartments) is another of our strengths. This makes automated removal easier for the customer.

Test laboratory
We offer in our own test laboratory:
3D measurement, material analysis, coating thickness measurement and hardness testing.
Material testing with X-ray and spark spectrometer can also be carried out on site at the customer's premises.
