ASSEMBLED PRODUCTS
Assemblies made from in-house manufactured wire bending parts, stamped parts, tube components, or customer-supplied items are assembled manually or by machine.
We are happy to handle the refinement or completion with standard parts – as well as kitting, labeling, detailed packaging, or set-wise packaging ready for warehouse storage.
Stamped part combinations can be produced using the following processes:
embossing, clinching, TOX® joining, welding, screwing, pressing, and riveting.
The functionality of the assemblies is verified using specially adapted testing procedures.
Examples of use:
Spring housing and tension rods 350 mm – turned parts, milled parts, compression springs, laser-cut parts, and tube components, fully assembled and welded, including surface treatment
Latch with retaining spring, retaining clip (wire bent part made of stainless spring steel, 1.4310, Ø 2 mm, sheared, bent, and crimped)
