Surface coating thickness is measured using the magnetic induction and eddy current methods.

We perform non-destructive measurements of coating thicknesses for materials such as paint, varnish, plastic, rubber, chrome, copper, zinc, anodized layers, and more — all on metallic substrates.

The measuring device includes a statistical analysis function, allowing all measured values to be evaluated and documented in a report.

Cross-cut adhesion tests according to ISO 2409 are carried out to assess the adhesion strength of single- and multi-layer coating systems.
