In our testing laboratory, we offer services including 3D measurement, material analysis, coating thickness measurement and hardness testing.
Yes. Material testing using X-rays and spark spectrometers can also be carried out directly at the customer’s premises.

for the development of a new generation of thin-film coating technologies, in particular the Precication coating for high-precision components and applications in car headlights. The WKO highlights the technology’s scratch, corrosion and heat resistance, as well as its reduced environmental footprint.

The then Federal Ministry honoured Pohl Metall in the category for companies with up to 25 employees for outstanding in-house staff development.

In addition, the company holds TÜV certification to EN ISO 9001:2015, although this is, of course, a certification rather than an award.
Our stamped parts are primarily used in car headlights, as well as in domestic appliances, telecommunications applications, window and fitting technology, and conveyor technology.
In the automotive sector in particular, we manufacture high-precision stamped parts for headlamps, some of which feature special coatings. These include beam deflectors, heat shields, heat-protective plates and fixing clips for headlamp covers. The parts can fulfil functions such as heat protection, anti-reflection, corrosion protection or provide a reflective surface.
